Say it ain't so!

I saw my first Hillary bumper sticker today. What? If you support her explain to me what she offers you.

I have no problem with a women leader. I just have a problem with this women who betrayed everything modern feminism represents. One is Tammy Wynette "stand by your man." She mocked it. Then, did exactly that for political expediency. We don't need that.

Comments

  1. Well she offers us an opportunity to stick a dagger in the ribs of the right wing Republicans. There is nothing they would hate more than that, so it must be a good idea.

  2. Yeah, I'd love how electing her would piss off all the tea party idiots, plus, you know Bill was an excellent President.

Guavaween is back in Tampa - Voodoo carnival

Guavaween was a festival held in Ybor City the Saturday before Halloween. It was a costume party, rock concert, parade, boob flashing, drunken disorderly festival. It fell out of favor a few Yeats ago but it is now making a comeback with professional promotions handling the event. Tonight the theme is "Voodoo Carnival" and it should be wild. Cab drivers make money and have fun Lots of costumes and booze with beautiful people walking around highlighted this event.

Violetta Storms is a top glamour model

My favorite model (she is from Italy) may return to the Arizona Shootout. That will be more of a reason for me to return, as well. I spent time in studio (a hotel suite) over two days to get awesome images. She is beautiful and down to earth. She has also been one of the most successful nude models in the last ten years. Enjoy this video. Photography by Tim Fasano Baby It's Cold Outside - The classic revisited with a twist - watch more funny videos

Violetta Storms bikini shoot

Here is the beautiful Michelle. There is a possibility she may be at the spring shootout. Lets hope so. She is a pro in every way and represents Dave Hall and what he is doing well.

What happened to Tommy Duncan and Sticks of Fire blog?

The image below is a 2005 TBT article I still have about the Tampa blogger scene. The big boy was Tommy Duncan. He stopped blogging around 2008, and was never seen again. Here is what Creative Loafing said about that era: "The 40-something blogger founded the most-often-cited independent Tampa Bay news blog, Sticks of Fire, in Feb. 2004, and the site, without much financial assistance from advertising, is still going strong today with a stable of more than a dozen regular contributors. In 2005, Duncan was featured in a tbt* story about the young lions of the local Internet. Today, about half of them have fallen by the wayside or (in the case of famous sexy blogger Rachel Moran) moved to New Jersey. Duncan keeps on posting. The local digital scene has grown, but he's not sure it has improved in quality."

Militia Machine Gun Shootout

The range was crowded with automatic weapons I was hired by a local militia group to film their Forth of July machine gun shootout. I even got in some good shots myself. It was good to see all these folks who were doing nothing wrong. They are only upholding their constitutional right to protect themselves and own guns. I felt at home with these folks.

The deep end of transportation

I have been diving deep, way deep in the pool. In fact, it has been raining so hard in Tampa, I have needed a snorkel to take my failures on a ride. The rain has been coming down so hard, major rivers have been flooding and people have been told to evacuate their homes. Fortunately I have managed to stay on high ground when I have been working. But when I am at play, I take it to the deep end of the pool. Perhaps, this is a sort of metaphor for living in the deep end of life. I do admit, that I was unexpectedly pushed into the deep end by the ascent of rideshare and uber. This phenomena has left me in a war stance footing. I check my feeds every few hours to see if the judge in Tampa has ruled in favor of the County Transportation Commission. In the world I live in, that would be the easy right and necessary thing to do. I have no idea what is taking this judge this long to make a decision. Uber was in clear violation of all regulations. They were ethically and morally reprehensibl

Angel The Rescued Kitten

I have a new and wonderful friend. Her name is Angel. George found her on his way home at 3 in the morning running around on the elevated span of highway 19 in Clearwater. He pulled over and pulled out of a storm drain. He took her home and knocked on my door. He has two cats and wanted me to keep her overnight until he could find a neighbor to take her. I fell in love with her. She is now my best friend and keeps me company for I live alone. It's not fair that so much cuteness can be crammed into such a little thing.

Sleeping with the enemy

I sort of stick out in this sea of pink I always seem to get on TV. This is Tim Fasano (in the yellow shirt with camera) sitting in the room full of Lyft and Uber drivers. Did you ever feel really alone? These rideshare people are operating an illegal business that is cutting into my livelyhood, and I wanted the Hillsborough County Commission to know it. The Lyft drivers are a bunch of punks and  kids who have never worked a day in their lives. They will get whats coming to them. How do you spell douchebags? You will see me in the video shown on the local news.

I've added jogging and bodybuilding

Dive in. The water is fine. Tim's turnaround is on the way. Three days a week in the gym, three swimming workouts, and three jogging workouts. In fact, I have started the C25K program "from the couch to a 5K in 8 weeks." I downloaded the app and have done my first session covering 1.2 miles. You may wonder what all this workout stuff has to do with cab driving. A lot. Its a very unhealthy profession in which most die young. Many drivers I knew 20 years ago are gone. Few make it 60. I don't want that for myself. I was told my blood pressure was deadly. This regimen is to save my life. Plus, its fun. posted from Bloggeroid

Death of the taxi business

The taxi business is dead in the United States. This industry is going the way of the Payphone and the neighborhood video store. Did I mention Kodak film? I know technology has changed the nature of work but in this case the politicians are who ruined the taxi industry. They were unwilling to support a regulated industry. Keep in mind, almost all businesses are regulated. For some reason, the politicians decided that because of the popularity of uber, they would allow Rideshare to operate until state legislators made them legal. Therefore, killing off my business. Why it was transportation and not construction, hairstyling, pizza delivery, hot dog stands, insurance, law, and so forth, I will take to my grave not knowing the answer. All I know, is that my life has been ruined. It is over. I cannot make a living. I'm being evicted from my home I cannot pay my electric bill or any other bill. My life is in shambles and I face an uncertain future. Is there really anything more to say?
