My new Dell computer

I just bought my first computer since 2004. The other one lasted ten years and served me well. I have been using a phone for the last two years and that really sucks. The reason is that you have to use your finger tips to find the letters and its really a pain in the ass. Problem solved with this new Dell with 8 gig and 1 tarabite of memory.

What you see in the photo is a screen image taken of my TypePad site "Nude Taxi Driving" which you can find at www.timfasano.com. That site is actually older than this one. I pay a monthly fee, so it is in my interest to use it.

I have been messing around with this Windows 10 since I bought it home. Not so sure I like it. Too fancy for me and no icons show on the home screen. What is with that? Am I doing something wrong? It will take some time to get used to it. I do like the large amount of memory this computer has. Since I do a lot of video editing, this will be a dream.

Just wanted to let you know that since I have a real keyboard now, I will be more prolific in my posting and the amount of content.

What happened to Tommy Duncan and Sticks of Fire blog?

The image below is a 2005 TBT article I still have about the Tampa blogger scene. The big boy was Tommy Duncan. He stopped blogging around 2008, and was never seen again. Here is what Creative Loafing said about that era: "The 40-something blogger founded the most-often-cited independent Tampa Bay news blog, Sticks of Fire, in Feb. 2004, and the site, without much financial assistance from advertising, is still going strong today with a stable of more than a dozen regular contributors. In 2005, Duncan was featured in a tbt* story about the young lions of the local Internet. Today, about half of them have fallen by the wayside or (in the case of famous sexy blogger Rachel Moran) moved to New Jersey. Duncan keeps on posting. The local digital scene has grown, but he's not sure it has improved in quality."

My game against chess master Tom Stroup

Play online chess The game is still in progress but I am playing him even. Tom is rated in the top 2% of all players, so I am happy for such a result so far. He has analyzed the remaining moves and sees this as a possible draw. Don't worry, I can still screw this up. I used the "Donald Trump" opening on him. Since he is a Hillary supporter, he seems befuddled by it. LOL> The game is still in progress but I am playing him even. I was on a radio show

I was on the "Squatch Detective" radio show last night. Steve Kills is the host and the one that blew the lid on the 2008 Bigfoot in the freezer hoax. Steve wanted me in the show because my fame and reputation is spreading. I do more work then the FINDING BIGFOOT show in Animal Planet and I've found more evidence. Finally some cool weather

It should be very comfortable and dry in Tampa for the next 7 days. This is what I have been waiting for. Time to put some Irish cream in my afternoon coffee. This was Tony Dungy after the first practice of his first year as coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He is crossing the street next to the University of Tampa football field. The REDSKINS are in town

The Washington REDSKINS!!! Just arrived at Tampa stadium. The buses just went into the tunnel and the police are blocking off the roads. I hate that. Photo Art Tampa

This was an image I took in the winter at Ballast Point that shows the Tampa skyline in low light. I had just gotten my first digital camera (which I used for years) and was ready to get into it as an art form. What I really like about this image is the heron that can be seen in the foreground. Keep in mind, they were here long before man and their not going to give up their territory just because of development. The winter months are known in Florida for spectacular sunrises with the sherbet skies. It is also comfortable weather while the rest of the country is freezing.

New Go Pro Hero 7 Silver for Christmas

I got a new camera for my arsenal last Christmas. The GoPro Hero 7 Silver will be a huge upgrade to what I am trying to do with my photography. My YouTube channel is taking off and I am now making money with it. I just need to keep putting up fresh content that people will want to watch. This is a video I took and edited as an experiment to see how I could do it.
