This is the permanent address of this blog now. When I die, this blog will continue and I won't have to worry about renewing a DotCom. How can I? I won't be around to do that. If the dotcom falls off because of non pay, then the site will be dead. Things are starting to happen and I'm getting Google traffic. Just let it happen.

Milo is inspiring many There is no doubt that there is a war on for your mind. When Milo is banned because he critiqued a terrible Ghost Busters movie, the real reason was revealed. The ban happened just minutes before Milo spoke at the "Gays for Trump" rally in Cleveland, at the RNC. Face it. If gays drop the Democrats, who only pimp then out, then the whole house comes crumbling down. The left will no longer have a hold on how they will control gays and blacks. It seems Trump is inspiring many who are joining the movement and that is a threat to Twitter and social media.

Marshall Law downtown Tampa 2012 I produced a documentary film about my experiences during the Republican National Convention was in Tampa. Form is very important in the one arm row As you know, I  have been doing bodybuilding. Your back is the prime mover of your body and single arm rows are one of the best ways to work your middle back. Form is important. Make sure you use an exercise bench, dumbbell rack, or chair.

It lets you know the time I have become a workout fanatic. My health is improving (the most important thing on my plate right now) and I am feeling great. I noticed the new jumbo HD TV on the pool deck Tuesday when  was dong a HIIT workout. Other then keeping time, I could not see what functional use it had

Right after I set up the bench. Some assembly required. When you work a ton of hours, you don't always have it in you to get to a gym. You just don't have the time and that is not an excuse. That is reality. I am in the process of setting up a home gym to make it a lot easier on me.  I just got this adjustable bench today and it has been a hugh asset to my training You may be asking, why a home gym? Don't you do swimming? After a year of dedicated swimming, I did not get the results I was looking for. I have not given up on swimming. I have only switched gears in how I approach fitness. I really enjoy the weight training and the cardio. This is my direction for now.

This kid is a freak Devon Allen is fast man! There is no other way to put it. He won the 2016 Olympic trials in the 110 meter hurdles in a stunning 13.03! He was clearly the class of the field. Not only that, he will be a senior at Oregon Ducks this year where he is a wide receiver standout. If he wins in Reo, I bet he's a first round pick. Congratulations Devon

Bob Buckhorn - the mayor of Tampa. This cat is the one that allowed the food trucks into downtown Tampa, completely ignoring the restaurants that pay taxes and are located downtown. He justified it, in the same way he is Lyft, that in this economy we need jobs. True, what we need are jobs that people can live off of. You are making beggars out of people Buckhorn. I guess  its good your wife had a good job before you got elected because you would have been flying a sign like the rest of the bums on the streets. No offense to bums. At least they work and struggle every day. The hardest thing you ever did was take your mutt to the dog park.
