Tampa Taxi Shots

I got a new camera for my arsenal last Christmas. The GoPro Hero 7 Silver will be a huge upgrade to what I am trying to do with my photography. My YouTube channel is taking off and I am now making money with it. I just need to keep putting up fresh content that people will want to watch. This is a video I took and edited as an experiment to see how I could do it.

We are entering a Neolithic age of capitalism. Oh, that is a Cuban cigar from Havana - against federal law to have one - Screw 'em ( Check my Twitter bar to view videos of my opinion on this ) The Tampa Airport Directors of Operations are screwing the local cab drivers up the ass. The local taxi companies have an exclusive contract on "transportation for hire" at the airport. The taxi companies pay $250,000 a year for the right to pick up. (You have to pay to play when it comes to the airport...unless you are Uber or Lyft). Uber pays ZERO $$$. Do you know that?  And they are allowed to pick up in the tunnel where we are banned from. In fact, an ADO told me that for every 1 fare we pick up, Uber picks up 11. That is an outrage. It is time that the drivers protect their own rights and the taxi companies need to support us in this. The way Victor Crist of the HCPTC called out a lobbyist the other day was something Donald Trump would not have even done. His distain for taxi drivers, limo and taxi owners, and his ass kissing of the TNC's shows he is biased and should not be, at least, allowed to vote. Better yet, he should be removed. One thing about moving into a new place, is you have to keep the refrigerator stocked with necessities. As you can see, I am doing a good job of that. I am going to need that beer when Victor Crist gets the taxi business deregulated in Hillsborough County. Since Uber will never comply with any regulations -insurance or otherwise, it creates an unfair competitive advantage for Uber. Crist knows that the cowards in the legislature will never do anything. It is time to s*#t or get off the pot.

A view of St. Pete hard to get today because its from the closed down pier. I got a medical charge to downtown St. Petersburg today. Its a beautiful city, and a good ride if you can get it. I wish it had come out of the airport but that has been running cold for me. I can't buy a call out of there, right now. Must be a cold streak because its peak tourist season, and all I'm doing is running people to the car rentals. I'm also getting my fair share of business people going short. I hope my luck turns because this is the time of year I should be making money. The Logisticare charges are keeping me alive.With the amount of street business Uber has taken from us, that, and the airport, is all I can really can depend on. We do have some older, non tech savvy tourist who still use cabs. Thank God for that. Why did the Russian tank cross the road? To get to the liquor store! Daily life in Russia is like a scene from "Jackass" the movie. I don't think they are afraid of much. This video is awesome! The girls come in at the end.
